Are you passionate about safety, quality, and driving operational excellence? PMI Solar is looking for a skilled SHEQ and Support Services Manager to play a key role in shaping our safety culture, supporting compliance, and ensuring we consistently deliver exceptional service with zero harm.
This is an exciting opportunity to bring our SHEQ expertise in‑house, replacing outsourced functions and providing dedicated support across training, certifications, CRM systems, fleet, and building management. About the Role
As our SHEQ and Support Services Manager, you’ll act as the primary source of day‑to‑day SHEQ advice while supporting wider business operations. You will work closely with leaders, site teams, and partners to embed a proactive safety culture and ensure compliance with legislation, ISO standards, customer expectations, and Calisen Group governance.
You’ll also contribute to emergency planning, support continuous improvement, and help strengthen our risk management and operational processes.
